Design a fun card eeprom to Ready and write

Hello sir

I am try to design a fun card program to response reading from the fun card and write to fun card. This program should do on c++ but i just stuck where am start from. I have also figure out ports that function at the begining.

More details are needed. Is the fun card physical like a microchip or just a program? Do you already have code written, if so post it.

program of smartcard to respond to an external read enquiry with a pre-programmed ID code, and as such devise a simple smartcard-based authentication system. I will have to write a suitable program for the embedded microcontroller so that it will perform correctly interrogated via the Phoenix interface.
Actually I have fun card and reader but I need to design a program that could communicate to device of card reader Phoenix interface. so basically my program should able to write and ready 100% via Phoenix interface so therefore this program based on c++. I have researched about Fun Card: AT90S8515 + 24LC64 both chips but i just little confused that how do i beging.

Aim of my peoject is write a computer program which can send the correct interrogation code via the Phoenix interface to the smartcard and then read the response from the smartcard itself and display it on the computer screen.

Is this a class? If so, ask your teacher.

I'm afraid I can't help you because I don't have time to learn all the functions and idiosyncrasies of the specific microchip.
