How to download and install the myro module for Python 2.6.5

I'm trying to install the myro module for Python 2.6.5 so that I can work on school work at home but I can't seem to get it to work. I've downloaded, unzipped, and moved the file to my python folder but I'm confused as to what I need to do from here. Please help.
