No Vertical Scroll Bar In HTML?

Hello All,

I Am having problems developing my first website in Dreamweaver, Well as a matter of fact, i can make the Website fine but there is no Vertical Scroll bar, The link to my site is below.

If anyone can help me it would be much Appreciated!

You don't need one, your site fits on the screen without the need to scroll.

The only problem is that on Some screens it doesn't and the scroll bar doesn't appear! :(

You currently have this
<body style="overflow:hidden;">


Change to this
<body>

You are a Legend My Freind! Perfect, Can you help me with one more thing? Can i disable the Horizontal Scrollbar? Keeping the Vertical One?

Although I would suggest not removing this so those with smaller monitors can view your entire site..

style="overflow-x:hidden"

You have the right idea for how a webpage should be setup for usability; need to be able to scroll down, dont want users to have to scroll horizontal.

A great way to ensure your users have a better experience is to set the limits of the page's width. If you set the width to 800px you cover virtually every monitor that would be viewing your page. In today's world, with widescreen displays and modern browsers, you are even safe to set the width from 900 px to 990px.

Here is a GREAT tutorial on css layout methodologies. It is very easy to follow and walks through the basic mechanics.
