Need some help with angelfire

Ok I have a band and we wana be able to upload our mp3's to angelfire so ppl can download it you know what i mean im sure you all do does anyone know what im trying to do? If so please help me the help at angelfire gets me nowere

Man first off, don't host MP3's on angelfire.  They only offer about 5 megs of space(which is almost 5 minutes, woo hoo) And they do not support outside traffic(downloading them from an outside site)  Buy your own hosting and domain or upload it elsewere.  I personally use MP3.com Besonic.com and ElectronicScene.com to host my music.  Check'm out.  Besonic and Mp3 can host unlimited and Electronicscene hosts 2.
