Seems like this is the end of Symbian and the beginning of transition to WP7 on Nokia devices. I think it's a good thing since Nokia's dev focus was a bit off - for some reason they couldn't compete with the mass expanding market of "it's all about the apps" devices.

I'm not too surprised either, with how much dev support MS has.
I'm not sure how much activity they've got on their mobile phones, but it's more than Nokia's at any rate.

i hope this really helps MS and wp7. i'd really like to see that OS get a decent marketshare. It seems like it was a pretty smart decision and helps out each company pretty equally.
