programmatically set parental controls

is this possible to do with windows 7 using .net 4 and assuming the service is running? if so are there any tutorials or things to read about doing this?

Google "Net Nanny". There are 100 programs that do this.

While your purpose may be legitimate, parental controls rely on a lot of the same tools as spyware and viruses. For this reason, this topic violates the DIC Terms of Service. Therefore, I'm closing this thread.
