So when I get home if I write up a basic tutorial on threading what do I do? Write it and send it to you or should I submit a tutorial in the C# tutorials section.

You're an author, so you should start a thread in the Author's forum (if you don't know where it is, click "Forums" in the menu, then look in the Private Forums list).

Then you can get people to look over it and we'll give you some advice before you submit. Remember to follow the template provided in the first post.

Definitely use the Authors forum. That will let you get your tutorial like you want it.

Once you get the tutorial ready, just submit it as a normal C# tutorial.

Let's get to work on the other sections now.

Also, If anyone wants to come up with a summary that (very) briefly touches all the beginner topics (like a review), and then includes a simple program that uses all the topics discussed, that would be awesome.
