my question is similar to other question..... asking how to graph in vb6....

but my problem is graphing by the use of cartesian line with x and y axis....

my professor tell us that we can produce that graph by the dots.....

can u give me some reference of making graph... or even producing dots in vb6

Did you have a look at the example I gave you in your other question about this using the MSChart control??

Look at using the graphics methods if you need to draw it yourself HERE is a good reference.

No, I wasn't angry...I was just suggesting you would get more specific help, if you posted your problem separately, which you did, and to which I answered with an example of how to do a scatter graph in a cartesian plane, as you requested...therefore I asked here, if you had actually looked at that post.

Either I don't understand your question, or you're turning something very simple into something more complicated than it needs to be.

Theoretically speaking, rather than using a chart, you could use a frame then use the "line" art to draw from one point, the point being a picture of a dot then you use the co-ordinates of the picture dot to draw the line to the next picture dot.

Either I don't understand your question, or you're turning something very simple into something more complicated than it needs to be.

haha, it's kinda similar how you graph a function.... plot the value then connect them as a line^^

Don't know what you mean by connect exactly. Do you want dots, or dots connected with lines? Also, if you are asking Jupiter if they will "automatically connect" it means you didn't understand his answer. Examine the "Line" command, and I suspect you can work out how to draw lines without having any sort of catastrophic cranial event.
