ASP Command

does asp have a include command like SSI or php?? cause if it did then i can get the job over with...

Yes, it does.

The .asp parser (asp.dll) will also parse normal Server-Side Includes, without any additional hassle.

Just remember that SSIs will be parsed before ASP runtime (So you can't run different includes based on an if-then-else-statement, for instance.).
