Passing parameter through out the application

Posted 09 March 2011 - 09:46 PM

Hi,
Actually i need to pass two parameters through the application. They are going to be gotten when the user will login, and they are going to be re-used again here an there.. they are not going to be changed, and nearly i don't need any other parameter to be passed.

If i'm going to use sessions, there the issue is that not only servlets are there, there are normal java classes too that JSP pages may call. So how can these classes get these parameters too

Any suggestion?? :helpsmilie:

Your cooperation is highly appreciated :dozingoff: :dontgetit: :sweatdrop:

When you receive the information from the user, safe it in variables in a certain class. Then you can just access the class variables whenever, from servlets, JSPs and other "normal" util classes...
