AES Algorithm implementation for encrypting voice, in android mobile p

I need to create an encrypting and decrypting application for android mobile phones.
I will be encrypting/decrypting the voice of the user for further transmission.

Can anyone please guide me how to implement the AES Algorithm for the same.
I am not asking for the code, just provide me with the basic algorithm, I can implement it myself.

I been through wiki ...
and m not able any helpful material via google, except for the official paper on AES.

Please redirect me to somewhere where I can read its specifications and constrains for implementation.

You obviously didn't read the Wiki article very well.

Otherwise, you would have noticed this towards the bottom of the page.

Then there is the good old standy of adding "source code" to the end of whatever it is you're searching for.
