Some help for my website

Posted 12 March 2011 - 07:50 AM

So here is my website:

http://www.pokemypokemon.webs.com/

I use webs.com to host which presents some limitations but i was wondering, is there anyway for me to condense http://www.pokemypok....com/zekrom.htm and http://www.pokemypok....com/zekrom2htm
to a button adds 1 to a total and refreshes the page

Ex.

"Button" I click this.

199 shows up. Click again. 200 shows up. Click again 201 shows up.

Any help is appreciated. Sorry if this is the wrong area.

Your second URL doesn't work. Did you use the web site designer thing on webs where they create the website for you? If you know HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, etc. I would suggest you switch web host. Webs really isn't a good one. I use 000webhost.com. You could use Javascript to do it. Do you have any code?

Do you know any hosts where I can place raw html for a webpage? It would be better if i could inlude java, php, etc. but it doesnt have to.

IMPORTANT: must be free.

Thx

The one I included would work fine. Just so you know you can't include Java on it. I think you meant Javascript. Java and Javascript are two different languages. :)

from my experience it is better to use a paid host (something around 5$ a month) because you donít have to worry about commercials, and you get a lot of functionality (scripting languages, FTP access, Databases, etc.)

Yes, With paid hosting you usually get more bandwidth, storage, FTP users, and a lot of extra features that you wouldn't get if you were using free hosting. You will need to research around for the best deals for you. I used 000webhost because it offered everything that I needed. You need to look at your site and ask your self, "What do I need to make this work online?" lol. Then find the appropriate web host :) Good luck.
