I am new C++ ,Up to this time C# deal,But i think doing system programming.
For it's e-book or article or i can follow blog or site proposal ?
And For Windows which choose IDE.

And as an IDE i would recommend CodeBlocks, just because i use it under linux and it's nice
but i don't really know how it behaves under Windows.

it's great under Windows.... I love the fact that unlike VS C++ you don't have to make a project for every little piece of code you wish to run.
