When was this added? How does it work and what are the awards?
I think its a excellent idea and should be shown the left sidebar (where the poster's name and avatar is shown) too.

they just added those to there about deal i think.

The Awards feature was installed today. We're looking at some upgrades and expansions of the current system. The Awards system will allow us to give out things like badges for competitions.

well maybe a few Washingtons and a Jefferson would let you give me a award for "noticing"...
