Another one of my favorites was putting Saran Wrap over the toilet in the McDonalds... Put t he seat down, then tie plastic bags on the wall urinals... Then I'd go have a big mac or two... The guys came out SOOOO pissed off.
I found it even more funny that not one of them "Broke" the wrap for the next guy...

The best prank i ever pulled was last year:

i went into a crowded public bathroom, went into a open stall, stood on the back of the toilet, started moaning groaning and screaming. 30 seconds and a loud scream later, i dropped a grapefruit in the toilet.

just for added measure, i took a real dump and purposly clogged the toilet.

My friend and I used to go to the bathroom during lunch in high school, and like usual, there'd be like 15 prep sluts in there doing their make-up in the mirrors. She'd just be like "fuck that" and go into a stall and make loud farting/diarrhea noises and say dorky stuff like "oh my goodness oh go-OH GOD". Lol the preps would just bolt outta there, and we could use the restrooms sans sluts. We lol'd so hard. We would also squirt mayo packets all over the toilet seats and ketchup in the toilet water and just leave it, so people would think some really nasty bitch used the toilet and didn't flush and whatnot. Good times.
