Is AJAX separate or bundled with ASP.NET

Posted 05 April 2011 - 06:15 AM

I am a huge fan of ASP.NET and AJAX. Earlier, I wanted to build a full dynamic site using ASP.NET+AJAX, but the problem is hosting. I can't find free hosting providers for ASP.NET.Now I want to use PHP with AJAX, because PHP+MySQL free hosting is available in many locations. Can I do PHP+AJAX together?

Yes, you can build PHP and AJAX applications together.
Refer to ASP.NET_AJAX.

Yes you can. AJAX is nothing but a javascript technology used to transfer data asynchronously. You can easily start using AJAX with PHP using Jquery.

See here for more info.

I think, I have to know what "The jQuery Library" means first. What is it? I need an Introduction to the JQuery Library
