Accessing 10G DB using VB 2010 Express

Howdy all... I am using the 2010 Express version and want to know if anyone had found a real "clean" way of connecting to an Oracle database. Many seemingly complicated ways of doing this have been found, and they work, but all have their little "issues". With no additional support files needed or special setup, is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!
