I am planning on making a game in Android right? That plan is that you are the Android (little green guy) and you have to break into Apple's headquarters and steal secrete documents. I also plan for the apples of Apple to be the enemies. Would this count as copyright infringement?
A question about copyright.

Well, "the" green Android would be a trademark. However, Google is pretty permissive and seem to have released the little guy under Creative Commons: http://www.android.com/branding.html
Apple, however, is a litigious monster. You can't use anything that remotely looks like their logo. Even the word Apple or iZombie would get you into trouble. Yeah, they once tried to claim iAnything was theirs.
However, fruit is public domain. If, rather than attacking apple, you attacked pomegranate, everyone would pretty much get it and you wouldn't be in any danger at all.

A photo of an apple, not the Apple® logo would get the point across without the cops knocking.

as long as it looks like an ordinary apple color shouldn't really matter. I don't think anyone can be sued for making a silver apple.
