It's a little... uninspiring. Pretty bland. Maybe it'll be spiced up in a few more hours of work.

About 30 more minutes work in on it, changed a few of the fonts and fixed a few minor bits.

I'm not going for flashy or anything of that nature, I'm aiming to keep it simple and to the point. Too many designers today are all about shoving as much as they can into a design that it just kills it. I'm no fan of the bells and whistles approach to things.

Regardless of that, starting to work on the other pages and then to program a backend later on.

I don't know, but I love that template. I don't see anything to fix, it's just so perfect. The 5 colors work together really well.

I think your background pattern is too strong. I'd take it down a notch in opacity or w/e. Great layout and simplicity though.

I noticed that there are mixtures of sans-serif and serif fonts between the paragraphs and the bullet points. You have most likely forgot to do the CSS for the <li>'s or the @font-face hasn't worked in my browser (Chrome).

Overall the site is tidy and has a good use of colours. Plus, your site passes W3C validation which is always good to see. There are too many website designers these days who don't care about standards.

Nice catch on that one, I didn't notice. I'm on my phone or I'd +rep.

Actually I'm rather surprised it passed first shot this time. I hadn't bothered to validate it yet.

I would maybe change the <a> tag link colour as it is currently blue like the default browser style and makes it look like you have forgotten to define a style for it.

Also, the contact form on the Hire Me page has no input validation as I was able to successfully submit an empty form. Once the form is submitted, it would be nice if I was shown a page that looked like your website instead of a blank page with a thank you message in the corner.

I really like it you have a talent it sends you message in a elegant manor yet keeping it simple.

I don't know if it's just me but the :firstline indent in the About me content area doesn't look quite right.

That looks a lot better imo Also another small detail (small details bother me haha) I noticed was that the circular drop shadow on the facebook and deviant art icons were cut off and squared.
