To fully answer your question, yes, yes there are advantages of one over the other.

If I am not mistaken, the above link describes the advantages between functional and imperative languages. I knew that functional languages have nice unique functionalities that imperative languages cannot do but my question was that if logic languages have advantages over imperative.

Yes, and they are readily apparent on the wikipedia page, just like with functional programming. Paradigms, paradigms. They all have advantages and disadvantages.

There is really no topic for discussion here, plus it's a pretty blatant homework question. Try doing some research first and coming back with more targeted questions to get better answers.
