I'm am looking for a few things, first what do I need to start Programming in PHP? eg tools, servers, programes.....

can anyone help ?

Hey, Well first of all to help you your obviouslly going to need a server that has hosting capabilities of PHP. Try typing PHP Hosting in www.google.com , I can recomend one hosting thats very cheap and amazing with PHP capabilities:
