Post orders

Hey everyone ive been working on my first rails application. The one from http://guides.rubyon...ng_started.html and i was wondering how i would get the posts to display so they appear newest at the top of the page and older as you go down at the moment it does the very opposite displaying the oldest first and having the visitor to scroll down to find the newest content.
