It's gray and has a ton of ah... gray space. The bio and information crammed to the left confuses me.

What do you think I should fill up the middle with? Like should I maybe center all the headings and paragraphs and maybe put the contact and social info fixed at the bottom? Just some ideas..

If this is the extent of your portfolio then there's nothing to review. We need an actual design to review anything.
