Posted 23 May 2011 - 09:05 AM

I am working in Access 2010 and i am having trouble figuring this out

on the forms i have created i want lets say
when Box1 is filled out with a number like 249.76
i want box 2 to automatically fill in the sum of (box1 - 250)
also if Box1 is fill out with 199.87
i want box2 to automatically fill in the sum of (box1 - 200)

is this possible
Please help
Been stuck on this for days
this is not homework
i am trying to create some forms for a personal use

What is the criteria to determine which constant is used? Use an expression in box2 ControlSource:
=IIf(box1>=200, box1-250, box1-200)
