JTextField in a PaintComponent

First of all, thanks in advance.

I'm trying to place a JTextField in a paintComponent so I can have grid lines between the text fields.

Any ideas?

Why don't you just use JTable?

I had to completely redesign my GUI however, this is exactly what I needed. Thanks!
