Appache web server/co.nr url

I am trying to get a co.nr domain to link to my website while I work on it and not pay for hosting or a actual .com domain. I am using the latest Apache server. My question is how do I get my co.nr domain to go to my pages on my Apache server set up on my laptop? Anyone have any experience in this?

I tried to direct the co.nr domain to my IP with the index.html directory... Still nothing... Help please! lol
