Does anyone know where I can find an un-notated, un-fucked over with idiotic opinions version of Sun Tzu's Art of War.

Sorry for the late reply, but Sun Tzu (or in Cantonese Sun Tzi) can be found here: http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/17405
I actually read a paperback of The Art of War, but that's probably not what you're searching for
But if you want to know, I used this edition: http://www.amazon.co...25615083&sr=8-1
The translated text is un part I, while the further explanation/elaboration can be found in part II. Honestly, I found this the most enjoyable edition.

I've only begun reading it, but I think that Fixing the Game by Roger L. Martin should be required reading, especially for anyone in Congress. It's available on the iTunes store for the iPhone/iPad, and I hope for other eReaders too.

I read on my Alcatel One-Touch 800 phone. Plain text files, ASCII encoding. As for what's on it right now, it currently has:
- The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya novels (in English)
- Game of Thrones III
- The gnu c library reference manual
