I am trying to display a text file, that needs to scroll. I am using textblock1.text, but can't find a way to make it scrollable. I make the scroll bar property visible, but it never shows up. What is the best way to provide scrolling text?

Have you considered using the ScrollViewer control? You could make the TextBox control resizable without wrapping and simply have it fill the container.
