Country Border Coordinate Database

I'm trying to create a world map, I have a basic satelite map that works using JMapViewer but it has no border labels. Does anyone have a database with the coordinates of country borders? Doesnt need to be super accurate, just anything that will save me HOURS of creating the database.

why dont you use google map api
