That's really a very bad choice. Turbo-C is very very very outdated. Maybe you should consider coming into this century and getting a more modern compiler.

Definitely Visual C++. It's got a real good debugger and exception handling.

(all for C++)
i use Visual Studios 2010,2012, and the 2013RC

&

Code::Blocks.

i prefer codeblocks for just messing around with small projects, kuz its light and simple.

but i prefer VS(2012-2013) for bigger projects/Game Dev. that kind of thing.
