if (z<0)....and so on
So what do I put before that, like how do I put
z=b*b-4*a*c into an equation.   After I enter the numbers
for the discriminant my program ends.Thanks for helping!

hey kim hmm you have a tough program i should know i had it. you seemed to have already hace it in an equation all you have to do is have the user and a text file put in a,b,c,d,e,f they are simple cin statements. that and you might want to post more of your code there might be a simple problem with your if statement.

By the way i love the name don't think i didn't notice the 420 at the end.
