Alrighty you CSS freaks experts. I've got the new DIC design all coded up, but it's pretty sloppy right now. I need the code cleaned up, made CSS and XHTML compliant, etc.

This is just the outside template that will replace the current template. I've got the 3 columns in the middle in a table because CSS is to unreliable to render a 3 column design. However, if you want to convert the header to 100% CSS, feel free.

I'd also like the tutorials and related sites links on the right to be a "list" using <ul> and <li>. And if you have a better idea for how to approach the left nav (programming help, web development) feel free to change it up.

This is the final design and I'll be implementing it this weekend. Just upload the updated index.html file if you make any changes. I've attached the .zip with the index.html and images folder.

Note: I don't want any changes to the design itself, just the code
