Can anyone of you suggest me one CMS which is best to buy, I want one PHP CMS suggest me please ?

No need to really buy, there are a ton which are great. You can go to Opensourcecms.com and try out all kinds of open source CMS projects. Ones I recommend playing with include Joomla, Drupal and ModX.
Those three are all mature and professionally run CMS systems in PHP. I have seen high profile companies use all of them.

Thanks a lot, I've tried Drupal but don't offer me that things that I want to, I don't want to create one website just portal more in advance so Drupal maybe I'm beginner and I don't know how to use, but to buy someone that goes with package to create website in advance can you suggest me some of them which is the best. Thank again for reply msg.
