I heard of a new resource called Google which is a strange new concept allowing you to search the whole internets for resources.

I just used it now to find this for you - http://yetanotherforum.net/

Give it a try yourself!

You can build an entire ASP website but you can't figure out how to write a post at a level above a 10 year old school girl texting to a girl friend?

  • This can't be stressed enough in today's world of cell phone messaging:
  • Don't use txt/sms/leet/T9 speak like: u no, dn't, wut, coz, b4, and so on.
  • dis not b d'hood dawg... You are sitting at a real keyboard with a real monitor, not a cell phone. You are not here texting your high school posse to come to your kegger after their shift at Taco Bell. You are here asking for help from senior coding professionals who graciously donate their valuable time to helping the next generation of coders with their chosen craft. Please try to show them, yourself and the industry some respect by writing at least at an eighth grade level. (IE: English not ebonics or SMS, real words, punctuation and so on). If you can't take your own problem/question seriously enough to write like an adult, then why would you expect anyone else to take it seriously?

  • Learn how to search the 'net for examples. How to do a good search that will get you targeted answers.

I m really sorry because i think you are absolutely right..

But my mean was not that as you predicted..I know this is bad habit because m talking 2 my seniors fr help..This is just because m addicted to cell phone typing and this habit brings down on system too..anyways i'll keep this thing in mend..

Thnxx for guiding me because these are my initial steps towards industry..

Ok. That's just too damned funny. Even after getting told you communicate like a 10 year old girl on a cell phone - and YOU AGREE - you couldn't be bothered taking an extra 10 seconds to type a message like a grown up.

This is not "addicted to cell typing". This is just plain lazy and illiterate.

Do you write your job interview answers like this? Is this how you write correspondence for your employer? Please tell me you are not representative of the rest of your graduating class. Don't bother filling out a job application where I work.

Ok. I'm unsubscribing from this thread now. Thank you for helping document the fall of adult communications in our "professional" industry.

Ok, guys, enough is enough. This thread serves no purpose anymore, and as such, I'm closing it.

@pankajgoyal06, if you want, you can open a new thread here, since it's an ASP.NET question, not a C# question. Please listen to what these people have told you, since it's good advice.
