problem with Spiral schedule model

Posted 31 July 2011 - 08:57 PM

I need help designing a schedule spiral model schedule for a project I am working on. I know this is what it looks like on this website i found @ http://www.freetutes...ral-model.html. What I have a problem with is how to make into a schedule. I have to have spirals in my schedule. Each spiral has to include planning, requirements, design, implementation and testing, and then demo or delivery to the customer, these activities should repeat in each loop, until all requirements are delivered and the customer is happy. I also have to indicate how long each task will take. My project is nearly done I just need help with designing a schedule with the spiral model.

What do you mean you need help. It seems pretty straight forward from that diagram. Draw a big plus sign on a piece of paper... label your quadrants as they do... start in a similar fashion on the x axis to the left.. then start spiraling out.. filing in gaps and details as you go.
