Hello. I am working on a wordpress site (my first time). I have added the 'sliding-door' theme which includes a sliding nav menu. I have that part working fine. the problem is, I can't seem to get rid of the 'stock' nav menu. Here is the site:

Notice all the nav links under the sliding-door- menu? I need those gone. Actually, I am going to use some of them in a standard, vertical side menu on the left side, but for now I need to remove those links. Any ideas?

Just go into the template and remove the menu. It should be a single line of php calling a function. Sorry it's been a while since I have written any themes so I forget the exact naming. Either way it'll be in the theme folder and index.php or header.php

Comment them. Later on you meight need them though.
Also why dont you try some menu plugin? You can always change it's CSS.
