In Safari and Firefox, my scrolling DIV works just fine. The content flows down the page as you scroll and the background image stays right in place, just as I want it to appear. However, in IE the image repeats making the page look hacked up and ugly. I've tried many different things like making fixed attachment and not having the image repeat. I can't seem to get this one. Here's the LINK. Thanks! I'm kinda new to CSS and HTML.
