GWT is showing a 403 for a subdirectory, not an actual file/page. I'm not finding any broken links on any of the pages and it's not showing me like a Linked From to try and track it down. I've used multiple link checkers including 2bone, iwebtool and even tried Xenu.
I'm beginning to think that it might be an external link from another website and it's showing me that it didnt pick it up. The tools I've used have reported other broken links but GWT has yet to pick those up. Any ideas?

HTTP 403 does not mean "broken link" (that would be 404), it means "access forbidden", i.e. you’re not allowed to view.
cf. RFC 2616 (section 10)
