An interesting look into the world of the Xbox LIVE Policy and Enforcement team. The article claims their job title is indeed "unicorn ninja". Sifting through offensive content, making folks play fair, and so on. It seemms like it would be a brutal job that would grind you down after a while.
It's funny that they use xbox controllers as their input device of choice.
