Hey all,
I was just browsing my Fb wall and found this, I think it is a pretty good release :)

Php 5.3.7 - Released

What do you guys think about it?

Waiting on 5.4 to drop. Even though 5.3.7 has been released 90+% of the hosting services out there have yet to update their versions of PHP >.>

lol, at the company I'm with at the moment, I am writing a new system (E-Commerce Application) and had free reign to use whatever I wanted as we have brand new up-to-date servers (bare in mind that we still have PHP4 servers.....).

So obviously I do, late static binding and usage of newly defined constants such as __DIR__.

Then it comes to putting it onto our servers, oops! Time to shout at Rudi for doing his job as a PHP 5.3 developer, cos we're running 5.2.6! We're soooo up to date, for 2008.

Well I guess that's what happens with a display_errors=0 dev team.

Looks like you might want to think again. :) Turns out that release had a pretty serious bug that broke the crypt() function quite badly.
