So on the 13th, I finished my project for a client (who has already accepted 13 previous bids w/ very good ratings), and he hasn't responded yet. He's been pretty good with responding to me except for now. His last login was on the 15th (two days later). Should I be worried? Like I said, he has good ratings... If I do however contact an authority will I get my money? It's all in the escrow and everything, and the job is completed.

You said the client has good ratings? Does this mean you are using a freelancing site of some sort? If so, these sites often have mitigation services to protect the client and developer. Try contacting them.

Try contacting the client again. If he logs in and doesn't respond within a few days, do what macosxnerd101 said.

I sent him another message saying that if he does not respond, I will be forced to contact mediation/arbitration services. Apparently, he's out of town and will be testing it once he gets back some time next week. Guess I'll have to wait till then.

If he's out of town, wait until he gets back and try once more. That's a legitimate reason for him not to contact you. He could be on vacation or something, and may not want to bring work with him.
