POPULAR
I have talked it over with SixOfEleven and I am willing to do a write up and review of the winner (possibly expanding to the top 3, not sure yet) over at Indie Game Magazine in order to push a little more publicity to the winner in case they decide to make millions off of their creation. Details to be hammered out at a later date of course.

Or C# with WPF?
And if anybody will use OpenGL instead of XNA wich way you can detect whether he cheats?

Why do people insist on not reading the title of the thread?
It's an XNA challenge.
Not core C#.
Not WPF.
Not open gl.

Detect cheaters?
It's not hard to tell whether a game's XNA or OpenGL, and for it to be non .NET at all, well that's also simple.
Why does this matter so much - It's an XNA contest and nothing more
