Over all not too bad. The images are nice, the graphic isn't over bearing.

A few things though..

The changing font is a bit over done.. like the gray 'contact' bar and the 'cro-info.net' in the header image... and the 'national parks' font. Pick a nice clean font and use it all the time.

Grammatically the "Everything what you need to know about Croatia" is off. Shorten it to "Everything you need to know about Croatia". Watch also the random capital letters.

The menu button texts all seem to jump their placement. Try harder lining them up so it's a consistent bottom line.

The facebook and twitter images are way too huge..

The weather bit would be more nifty if there was an image map with all the towns on it and you could see their placement and click on their names.

Not bad for a first site.

add more padding to the content area so the text and images are against container wall.

Maybe consider another color for content area or opacity? Might be me on that one.

Clean up text with use of more <p> and other tags to help make it look better.

Like modi said the facebook and twitter icons are way too big.

Consider taking the 3 images on the main page and creating a slider section on view able portion of screen when it loads in browser. As it is now the images are just kinda thrown in.

Learn some jQuery and css3, its really easy and can spice up your site quick.
