iewc:Treeview non-IE not selecting right node.

Posted 01 September 2011 - 08:20 AM

I have my treeview setup:
<iewc:treeview id="productData" runat="server" Height="330px" Width="480px" AutoPostBack="False" DefaultStyle="font-size:8pt;font-family:verdana; text-decoration:none;"BorderWidth="1px" BorderStyle="Inset" CssClass="productData" >

Which has the usual Treenodes (iewc:TreeNode)

When the second set of nodes is parsed, I am enabling a asp:button. This works fine in IE, the code isn't the issue here.

The issue is this:

  • Select treeview item
  • new item is selected, old one is deselected automatically
  • The "ok" button is enabled as the second node is selected

Non IE
  • Select treeview item
  • code is processed, with original item still selected, new item isn't selected yet
  • button remains disabled as the node isn't selected
  • THEN, when code for selectedIndexChange is done, the new node is selected
  • (Basically, it's always processing the previous node)

Any ideas? I have tried various ways with no success (Postbacks, separate methods etc)

- Eventhandlers are fine and are called ok.
