This, and sometimes when someone is blatantly trolling and things like that. If there is any doubt about WHY it was downrepped, I post it in the thread.

I always pm a person if I legit have no clue as to why they downrepped me. Like my last downrep was a misunderstanding. Lol. Oh well. I just want to know why, you know, feedback. Unless it's obvious why it was downvoted, I pm.

I fell for it as well, but in my defense, there was a small fly in my room a few minutes ago...

I think the current system works. If I down-rep someone, I quote them and tell them why. When I up-rep, I see no reason to say why, because the reason I reped it is because I liked or agreed with what you said.

Same here i - rep and say why. on other hand i - rep rarely if its not Neo`s posts i just troll her
the only - rep i give recently is on a guy that didn't put any effort in solving his stupid problems like populating listbox or something and keep telling us that he is mid level exp. developer and we treat him like a newbie...
