This is a great example of HTML5 and Javascript. I liked it too much and learned a lot from It. I have made another version of this that uses unobtrusive Javascript. It includes event handling and W3C DOM level 2 event assignment. I am a total beginner for HTML5 and Javascript. But I know how important it is to separate HTML and JS. I would like to contribute my code here, with all respect and credit given to this present version of the game. May I? If yes, how?
Thanks for the tutorial.

Hey there, thanks for the kind words. You could do your own tutorial of the code, seeing that you created the game in another way. It's yours, you earned it.

Very nice tutorial.Thanks.
I like it-but as I like noughts & crosses (aka tictactoe) & HTML5 I should!
If you want to play a bit more with it, try it with html5 content-editable & dragndrop & webworkers & CSS3 transitions...
HTML5 & CSS3 are the biz!
(Of course I look forward now to your HTML5 / CSS3 chess game..I like chess too & btw I like HTML5 & CSS3!! LOL!) :-)
