Do you guys have any suggestions on a bug tracking software that I can install on our Windows Server box here at the office?

We currently handle requirements and bugs via email and most of the time via telephone. No good! I've already expressed my stance on this and have been given the green light to install a package that will help us:

1. Track bugs.
2. Track requirements and time estimates.
3. Assign tasks to devs here.

All of the free solutions I have found are for PHP and MySQL. We're looking for something that will run on IIS and MS SQL.

Any suggestions?

Edit: Very related, but all of the suggestions given run on Linux.

Although it doesn't say which OS they run on, there's a list of Issue-Tracking software here. Might give you a good place to start.

We are using this for a project. We haven't started yet, so I don't know much about it. Thought I'd throw it into the mix here.

Why don't you just set up iis to run php too?
