Combining Multiple Icons Into One Sprite

Hey,

Because loading a single large image rather than multiple small icons is more efficient, I would like to combine a fairly large number of icons into one image. I've been looking around for a tool that does this, but haven't been able to find something that works. I gave SpriteMe a try, but it didn't find the images on my page...

One alternative is to drag every thing into Photoshop, but that seems very time consuming and inaccurate. Does anyone know an easier way to do it?

Yes, in theory

However, it only seems to work on windows .ico files.
