I'm not hat at C+, but I thought it might make an interesting example as to the power of C+ and might help to liven things up in this part of the site a wee bit. I've put up an example of a chat room, programmed entirely in C+ at: http://lanmanimal.com:2084/

You can go take a look at what some very basic C+ programming can make! It's got all the features of Mirc (same commands even) but it's all C+! If you want to see the backend stuff, you can go to: http://melange.terminal.at/whatis.html to see the authors home page. Now why can't the rest of you C='ers make something useful like this? C+? I've never written anything in C+... ;) According to that page, it was written in C. C is a subset of C++, except for some minor details.

I bought the Gospel according to Stroustrup yesterday. Yay Bjarne!

C+, those are the grades my sister gets. and its also partly Java like it says, also, i havent yet created anything like this, because honest to god, im not good enough. plus i havent even tried to create a webapp yet. cant speak for anyone else though
