Need help with an assignment

okay, so I have been doing really well in my tech class up until now because the new assignment is a little hard. I have an idea of what I am suppose to do but i need help with the code. There are quiet a few components to it so I was unsure how to link some of them together. Do you think you can help me?

I personally do not open file links from unknown sources, if you simply post your code so far using the same method as everyone else, you might get more help.
